Counseling for Alzheimer’s Caregivers

The Southeast Kansas Counseling Grant provides individual consultations for caregivers of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias in Labette, Neosho, Bourbon, Cherokee, Crawford and Allen counties.  Individual consultations can address issues around caregiver stress, related depression, disease education, communication shifts, care planning and supporting positive coping strategies.
